Over-hyped. Maybe. But there's no doubt that Jay Electronica could hold the key to the rap game right now. He has the potential, everything is lined up, and if he keeps dropping gems like this there's no question that when the time finally comes around to drop an album he'll have a pretty big following ready to cop.
This unfinished song was just released, presumably coming from Diddy's upcoming album, Last Train To Paris. Real dope track, Jay goes in on a Biggie-like flow. They even had Diddy talking over it like old BIG tracks. Risky move by Diddy with the obvious comparison, but I think it paid off well for the most part. Take a listen.

[Update]- Diddy's rambling the last few minutes in the track was getting annoying and it only took a few minutes to figure out other people had a problem with it too so I did a rough cut of the track. Nothing too fancy, just edited out a lot of his talking at the beginning and all that at the end. Replaced the link, enjoy.
