What we thinking about these recent leaks from the upcoming Damian Marley/Nas project?
I'm very much down.
Nasty Nasir and Mr. Marley Jr. are a duo for the ages. I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first about the whole Reggae-Rap mesh idea but after hearing the two trading verses I revoke any doubt.
"Strong Will Continue" is on some motivational tish which I usually don't go for too much but I can dig it. But that's not even the first official single, "As We Enter" is. DOPE. Fast paced track, Nas and DM passing the baton like a hot potato over a respectable beat, not my favorite, but not enough to turn me away from the song either.
The albums dropping on 4/20... of course.
