Ever since BP3 dropped it seems as though the new trend is to hate on your favorite 40+ emcee and current undisputed emperor of the rap game, Jay Z. Hell I might just say, 'Fuck Jay Z' right now so I'm not late jumping on the bandwagon. But why? I looked into it and found the top 5 reasons dudes are hating on Jay Z right now:

#5 He's Virtually Perfect


Millions in the bank, a beautiful wife bringing in cash as well, a sure spot in the hip hop hall of fame, a not-so-good album that went platinum anyway, unlimited influence in his genre, a new record label - the list goes on; Jay is at yet another prime in his career, these rap dudes jealous.

#4 He Discontinued Your Style

I'm not gonna say that Jay completely abolished auto-tune from hip hop music altogether, but he pretty much completely abolished auto-tune from hip hop music altogether. D.O.A. ushered in a whole new era of hip hop, that "black-hoodie rap" style is gaining momentum and we're starting to see less and less annoying T-Pain features. These singin' dudes mad.

#3 He's Just Next On Your List


In the case of a guy like Game, Jigga is just the next victim of these targeted beefs that seem to be holding his career just above water. There's really no legitimate reason for Game to be bitching the way he is right now. A little reference on a skip track from BP3? Get over it. Dude stays fiendin'.

#2 He's a Better Rapper Than You


Some people just hate Jay because he's better at what they do than they are. 50 for example, can be as successful as he wishes from here on out, I guarantee he still won't be ahead of Jay on any GOAT lists. BP3 > BISD (although both were disappointing)

I got no beef with Beanie Sigel, but calling out Jay? Nah dude, you outta line there. Jay put Beanie on the map, gave him his own record label, and now he's trying to say that he didn't get enough promotion or help. C'mon man. Hop off daddy for a second and make something with what you've got.
